دواعى الاستعمال

الازمات الشعبية الدائمة خاصة ذات الاعراض الليلية منها والتهاب الشعب الهوائية الدائم واعراض الرئة والتقلص الشعبى

الجرعة

يعطى شراب كجرعة واحدة يوميا ويفضل قبل النوم

-       الاطفال من 2-5 سنوات : الجرعة المعتادة هى 10 مجم (2 ملعقة صغيرة )

-       الاطفال من 6-12 سنة : الجرعة المعتادة هى 10مجم(2 ملعقة صغيرة ) ويمكن زيادتها الى 20مجم بعد اسبوع الى اسبوعين من العلاج تبعا للاستجابة العلاجية

-       للبالغين وكبار السن : الجرعة المعتادة هى 10مجم ( 2 ملعقة صغيرة ) ويمكن زيادتها الى 20مجم بعد اسبوع او اسبوعين من العلاج

نواهى الاستعمال

فرط الحساسبة للتربيوتالين او اى من مكونات المستحضر

دواعى الاستعمال

يستعمل فى العديد من امراض الجهاز التنفسى الحادة والمزمنة لعلاج السعال المصحوب ببلغم وكذلك السعال الجاف كما فى الحالات

-       التهاب القصبة والشعب الهوائية الماشئة عن العدوى او التعرض لملوثات الهواء ونتيجة للتدخين

-       الالتهاب الشعبى الرئوى

-       الالتهاب الرئوى

-       حالات الربو المصحوبة بالتهاب شعبى

-       تمدد الشعب الهوائية

-       تمدد وانتفاخ الرئة

-       انكماش الرئة

موانع الاستعمال

الحساسية المصحوبة لمكونات فاركو سولفين

الجرعة

الاطفال من 2 الى 6 سنوات نصف الى واحد ملعقة صغيرة من 3 الى 4 مرات يوميا

الاطفال من 6 الى 12 سنة : 1 الى 2 ملعقة صغيرة 3-4 مرات يوميا

Indications

Effective against intestinal nematode and cestode infections.

n Single and mixed intestinal nematode infections including: Pinworm {Enterobius vermiculoaris--- roundworm (Ascaris lumbricoidest

whipworm (Trichuris trichiura), hookworm (Antylostoma duodenale necator arnericanus)

and strongyloides (Strongyloides_, steroralis)

Cestode infections e.g. tapeworm (Taenia saginata, taenia solium cysticercosis (larval form of Taenia solium) and hydatid disease (Echinocomis granulosus)

Contra-Indications

Hypersensitivity to albendazole 

 During pregnancy

Adverse Effects

Rarely, mild and transient cases of epigastric pain, diarrhea, nausea or headache may occur.

DEXAZONE

Indications
Dexazone tablets are recommended in the management of any condition that responds to adrenocortical steroid therapy including
- Acute rheumatic fever (Rheumatoid arthritis).
Collagen diseases.
- Allergic and inflammatory eye and skin disorders.
- Allergic of the respiratory system (pulmonary fibrosis
emphysema).
- Blood dyscrasias.
Adrenal insufficiency.
- Nephrotic syndrome.
- Malignant diseases for temporary symptomatic relief. Contraindications :
Patients with active questionably or suspected T.B.
psychotic states - Ocular herpes simplex - Active peptic ulcer. Precautions
Dexazone may mask signs of infection and should be discontinued until diagnosis is made and adequate antibiotic therapy is established. It should be used under the direction of the physician.
Dosage :
Varies according to the severity of the disease and the response of the patient
Chronic non - fatal diseases. Begin with 0.5- 1 mg daily. gradually increase until adequate but not necessarily complete suppression of symptoms occurs.
