يستخدم بيونال  مكمل غذائى بتحسين وظائف الكبد

كبسولة واحدة مرتين يوميا

-         عدوى المسالك التنفسية العلوية

-         عدوى المسالك التنفسية السفلية

الجرعة

الجرعة المتوسطة للاطفال ذوى الوظيفة الكلوية الطبيعية هى 25-50مجم/كجم من وزن الجسم ويتم اعطاؤها على هيئة جرعة واحدة او جرعتين مقسمتين منساويتين فى اليوم يمكن زيادة الجرعة الى 100مجم/كجم من وزن الجسم وفقا لشدة العدوى ويتلقى الاطفال الذين تتراوح اعمارهم 12.6سنة وزن الجسم 30-40كجم كبسولتين 500مجم فى اليوم يتم اعطاؤها على هيئة جرعة واحدة او جرعتين مقسمتين يمكن زيادة الجرعة حتى الى الضعف فى حالات العدوى  الشديدة بصفة عامة ويتلقى البالغين والاحداث الذين تزيد اوزانهم عن 40كجم من وزن الجسم والذين لديهم الوظيفة الكلوية السليمة والذين يعانون من عدوى خفيفة الى متوسطة الشدة1-2جم فى اليوم على هيئة جرعة واحدة او جرعتين مقسمتين يمكن زيادة الجرعة حتى الى الضعف فى حالات العدوى الشديدة

1 - Duodenal and benign gastric ulcers:

Treatment : Oral 150 mg twice daily or soc at bedtime tor at least 4-6 weeks.

Maintenance : Oral 150 mg at bedtime tor more than year it required.

- Gastro - oesophageai reflux :

Treatment : Oral 150 mg twice daily for not more  than 6 weeks.

- Gastric hypersecretory conditions :( e.g. Zollinger - Ellison syndrome, systemic rnastocytosis.

-Upper gastrointestinal stress-induced ulceration and bleeding :

Treatment and Prophylaxis : Oral 150 mg twice daily, or parenteral therapy may be used.

- Aspiration syndrome : -

Prophylaxis : Oral 150 mg may be given 2 hours before the induction oi anaesthesia or at the start of labour to reduce the danger oi aspiration of acidic gastric contents and may be repeated_ at intervals of 6 hours if required

Indications of Vagyl Powder

1- Symptomatic relief of minor irritation and itching associated with vaginitis

2- Leucorrhea.

3- Routine cleansing of the vagina at the end of menstruation, after the use of contraceptive creams or jellies or to rinse out the residue of prescribed vaginal medication (Feminine hygiene).

Dosage

and Administration: Dissolve the content of one packet in one liter of warm water and mix  thoroully, The solution prepared is used as vaginai douciie once or twice daily or as directed by the physician.

Precautions: Do not douche during pregnancy unless directed by a physician. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Presentation: Box contains 10 packets of 10 g. each.
